I love this for all of our "intimates", no dyes or fake perfumey scents to irritate sensitive skin. I have found an additional plus, I only use 2/3 of the suggested amount of detergent and I still get a dynamite cleaning job.That is a nice bonus, saving the enviroment and my pocketbook!

The Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent is ultra concentrated, tough on dirt and stains, non-toxic, biodegradable and hypo-allergenic. How often do you read all those items in one list?
Now I look forward to doing the laundry. It is more like a Zen experience.

You may also notice this product cleans your clothes better and your skin will also notice the change. If you have any allergies to regular detergents, you might want to try this for a few months. You can also use less detergent. Sometimes I only use 1/4 of a cup.

I had wanted to try seventh generation products because I had attended a green festival and was interested in these petrol free detergents that were good for the skin. I am extremely sensitive to perfumes and dyes and liked how eco friendly this product is. The detergent is made from plant based ingredients such as coconut oils and is concentrated so that a small amount is needed to wash your standard load of clothing. The detergent is also good for hand washing and stain removal on carpets. I have been able to use a 50 ounce bottle for about 2 months or more (I am single though!) so the price is worth the product. Also I liked that if everyone switched to these petrol free products we could save our gas for other reasons (which would be incredible considering the cost of gas has raised here in NC to 2.67/gallon).
