shipped fine

I ordered this and got it 3 days later. It came from Texas to Ohio. I was so worried after reading all the bad shipping reviews! Mine were 6 orange like I ordered and were not leaky. It has a light orange scent not overpowering at all.I have been using Ecos Free & Clear and do not like it! It has great reviews but it left my husbands clothes like they still needed washed. I got this because I am still trying to find an affordable natural detergent that actually cleans! So my point is the shipping was fine and so is this product.

The detergent smells good and cleans well (athough my clothes are very lightly soiled). The box was a greasy mess because one of the six bottles leaked out all its contents during shipping. I emailed and asked for a 1/6th refund of the cost but never received a reply.

I wouldn't purchase this product again simply because the packaging was not adequate. The liquid detergent was thrown in the box upside down and leaked to the point where I had to contact Amazon for replacements.
Improperly Packaged?

I like the product, but ordering a case is well-nigh impossible. Although I have successfully received one shipment of the Lavender Bergamot-scented CitraSuds in the past, my order of a case of the orange-scented detergent never arrived. When I looked up the tracking information, it appears that the packaging must have been bad because the order was returned to the seller midway through its routing to me! I will contact Amazon--this happened before and I received credit for the order, but had to reorder. This is very frustrating.

I've ordered this Citra product twice, and the Liquid Dish Detergent once.
FedEx Ground didn't even try to deliver the two different Laundry Soap orders; the boxes were leaking in route and were thrown away. Amazon was prompt in refunding the money. FedEx ground cowardly left a leaking Citra Dish detergent box at the side door of my house, then ran to the truck and sped away without knocking. I didn't bother asking for a partial refund of one smashed bottle, the price was a bargain despite it.
The boxing of these products is a joke, so order only if you willing to roll the dice, and have time to request a refund, and a sense of humour.
For a properly boxed alternative, try the Lemongrass Ecos laundry soap, also well priced.
